The EdgeScout Edge Node is a secure data collection device that is extremely powerful, yet easy to use. Whether collecting data from a PLC, drive, embedded controller or directly from sensors, EdgeScout comes fully configured for your application. Just connect the Edge Node to the equipment and plug it into a network, then log into your myEdgeScout.com account to see business level analytics such as production totals, downtime, OEE, and more.

SECURITY:
- Initiates outbound connection via LAN, Cellular, or Wifi to the EdgeScout server using open ports or a proxy server
- Connects to the EdgeScout server using data encryption only
- No inbound connections are allowed
- Firewall holes are not required
- 3rd party software licensing may be required
