EDGESCOUT PRICING OVERVIEW
EdgeScout is a hosted data service that provides data storage, web-based status pages, historical trends, and text and email alerts. RRAMAC creates reusable assets for each type of customer equipment. EdgeScout pricing is based on a onetime setup fee for creating the customer’s web page and asset types, plus optional reports, smart phone apps, and interfaces to other software systems.
Annual Hosting Fees:
Asset subscriptions are paid annually for each asset. There are two basic types of asset subscriptions: Device Assets and Equipment Assets. Both asset types have a specified number of logged values per day. The Device Asset also has a limited number of tags. The total number of tags can be any combination of analog and discrete signals. The “logged values per day” is actually the average number of logged values per day throughout the year. Most updates are event-triggered in order to provide the fastest possible updates for alarm notifications or other critical events. Therefore, the actual update notifications will vary per day.
The Device Asset:
The Device Asset is intended for monitoring a small number of signals with relatively infrequent update rates. Examples include: tank level and temperature, leak detection, a generator, a pump, etc. The Device Asset supports up to 10 tags and up to 6,000 logged values per day. Data is retained for one year. Data records older tan one year will be taken offline and discarded.
Billing occurs on an annual basis. customers will have a single renewal date for all assets. As assets are added during the year, the customer will pay a prorated price for the remainder of the year, rounded to the nearest quarter.

Quantity discounts are available based on the number of Device Assets. Only the device with active subscriptions qualify for quantity discounts.

The Equipment Asset:
The Equipment Asset is intended to cover most OEM machines, production lines, large pumping stations, power generation stations, etc. The Equipment Asset supports up to 500,000 logged values per day.Logged values per day for The Equipment Asset can be expanded by purchasing additional blocks of data. each data block allows an additional 500,000 logged values per day for a specific asset.
Data is retainer for one year. Data records older than one year will be taken offline and discarded. Data can be retained for additional years with an annual fee for each asset data block.

Quantity discounts are available based on the number of Equipment Assets. Only the Equipment Assets with active subscriptions qualify for quantity discounts. Equipment Asset and Device Asset quantities cannot be combined.
