Minneapolis, M.N., May 17, 2015 — RRAMAC today announced the appointment of Tom Craven as the vice president of product strategy. RRAMAC delivers remote connectivity technologies that original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) use to identify important trends gathered through data reporting and diagnostics along the supply chain.

Craven will be responsible for establishing distributor networks throughout the United States and Europe and outlining RRAMAC’s strategy for proactively engaging these channels. He will also contribute to the company’s research and development efforts, helping to define product functionality based on customer and distributor feedback.

“RRAMAC is bringing together a team of professionals who have industry-specific experience to help our customers grow their business,” said Charles Fox, President at RRAMAC. “With more than 25 years of experience working closely with OEMs, Tom is a valuable resource because he understands the potential business value of cloud-based analytics and its applications.”

Prior to RRAMAC, Craven was a product manager at GE Intelligent Platforms, supporting the company’s technical sales. He has deep experience working as a sales and applications engineer and is passionate about exploring new ways to bring cloud-based analytics to RRAMAC’s customers.
